Our employee assistance services are
designed to assist organizations in the identification and resolution of
problems that can impact employee's work performance and personal
well being. We design employee assistance programs to meet the unique
needs of each organization.
We offer 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 session EAP
models. These are face-to-face assessment, referral and brief
counseling services for employees and their household members.
Problem assessments typically explore
concerns such as:
- Stress, anxiety, emotional problems,
and sexual abuse
- Family, marital, and other
relationship problems
- Child/Adolescent parenting issues
- Chemical dependency concerns
- Financial problems
- Legal issues
- Work-related concerns
- Eldercare concerns
Our programs also include:
- Consultation with managers and
supervisors regarding concerns related to employee performance,
workgroup conflicts, and other issues that influence the
effectiveness of the organization.
- Employee & manager education
about the employee assistance program
- Educational materials,
distributed quarterly (newsletter, brochures, resource guides, etc.)
for use with employees and managers.
- Critical Incident Stress
Debriefing services
- Twenty-four hour service access.
We're available when people need assistance.

utilization reports.
