LifeWorks provides comprehensive
utilization reports to employers for analysis. These quarterly reports
include detailed aggregate information on utilization of the EAP.
The reports include the following data:
- Total number of eligible
employees/family members served
- Total new cases
- Breakdown of service types:
- assessment counseling or
consultation
- Breakdown of those served by:
- Gender
- Age
- Relationship to the employee
- Presenting Problem
- Number and type of referrals made
- Number of employees/family members
assessed but not further referred
We also provide organizations with the
option of tracking additional information that assists in analyzing
what areas of an organization are benefiting most from the
service. This tracking is often used with organizations that have
multiple locations.
**The utilization reports are
completely confidential. Individual client names are not listed.
Information for employers with less than 50 employees is limited for
reasons of protecting confidentiality.
