Satisfaction Reports
LifeWorks Employee Resource uses satisfaction surveys to obtain
feedback from clients regarding the services they received throughout
their experience with LifeWorks. Surveys, with a postage-paid card, are
mailed to clients after they have completed service. Surveys are only
mailed to clients that have consented to participating in the survey
process.
Outcome Reports
To assure that your employees are receiving effective services,
LifeWorks gathers outcome data. Information about clients'
functioning and work performance is obtained at the beginning of
services and between 60 and 90 days after their case has been closed.
Satisfaction and Outcome data is reported
to you annually.
