employer, will ever know that you called LifeWorks unless you
choose to tell them. Information will not be given to anyone
unless you give us specific written permission.

protect your privacy.
LifeWorks abides by all state and
federal laws governing confidentiality. When there is a threat of harm
to self or others, the law may require the situation be reported to
the appropriate authorities.
