LifeWorks assures quality services
through careful selection of providers and providing agencies and
clinics. We credential counseling providers for our network based on
specific criteria. Counselors in our network must be:
- Masters level, state licensed mental
health professional...OR
- Masters level Certified Employee
Assistance Professional.
- Experienced in providing EAP
services.
- Professional liability insurance in
the amount of $1million per incident and $3 million aggregate.
In addition, providers must be part of
a practice situation which allows for:
- Immediate scheduling of EAP clients
at the time a referral is made.
- Offering LifeWorks EAP clients an
appointment within 3 business days.
- Same day emergency/crisis
appointments.
Financial Counseling Providers
LifeWorks also uses certified financial counselors who are
employed by agencies that are members of the National Foundation for
Consumer Credit (NFCC).
